Terms & Conditions

Last updated: April 2026

These Terms describe what you can expect from MailJuke and what we expect from you when you use the service.

1. The agreement

  • These Terms are a contract between you and MailJuke when you create an account, use the platform, or pay for services.
  • You must be 18 or older and use the service for lawful business purposes.
  • If you sign up on behalf of a company or client, you confirm you have authority to bind them.

2. What MailJuke provides

  • Domain and email workflows, DNS tools, workspace administration, billing features, and related platform tools.
  • We may add, change, pause, or remove features without notice.
  • Custom development or bespoke integrations are not included unless we agree in writing.

3. Third-party services

  • MailJuke depends on outside providers such as registrars, DNS hosts, email platforms, and payment processors.
  • Your use of those providers is still governed by their own terms.
  • We are not responsible for their outages, policy changes, suspensions, or API breaks.

4. Accounts and workspaces

  • You are responsible for keeping login credentials safe and for activity under your account.
  • Workspace admins can manage users, settings, and purchases within their permission level.
  • Set access levels carefully for anyone you invite.

5. Orders, billing, and tax

  • Checkout is handled by Paddle.com, our online reseller and Merchant of Record. Paddle also handles many billing inquiries and returns.
  • Paid plans may renew automatically unless you cancel before the renewal date.
  • By saving a payment method or placing an order, you authorize charges for subscriptions, renewals, add-ons, usage, and applicable taxes.
  • Prices and plan packaging may change for future purchases.

6. Refunds and chargebacks

  • Most fees are non-refundable. We cannot refund your payment if any Google Workspace email has been created on your account, or if you contact us after the 14-day window, unless the law in your country requires otherwise.
  • You can ask for a full refund within 14 calendar days of your purchase or renewal date if you have not created any Google Workspace email on your MailJuke account for that subscription.
  • See mailjuke.com/refund-policy for the full refund policy.
  • Contact admin@mailjuke.com about billing issues before filing a chargeback.

7. Domains and DNS

  • You must have the legal right to use any domain you register or connect.
  • DNS and nameserver changes can take time or fail because of outside systems.
  • You are responsible for renewals, expiration dates, and keeping domains active even if we send reminders.

8. Email and deliverability

  • We do not guarantee inbox placement, open rates, replies, or campaign results.
  • You control recipients, message content, list practices, and compliance.
  • Provisioning timelines are estimates, not guarantees.

9. Acceptable use

  • Do not use MailJuke for fraud, phishing, illegal spam, malware, impersonation, or other unlawful activity.
  • Follow applicable laws and the rules of connected platforms.
  • We may investigate misuse and suspend or terminate access when needed.

10. Privacy

  • Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data.
  • You must lawfully collect and use any customer data you upload.
  • We may use aggregated or de-identified data for lawful product and business purposes.

11. Intellectual property

  • MailJuke and its licensors own the platform, code, designs, and documentation.
  • You receive a limited, revocable license to use the service for internal business operations.
  • We may use feedback you send without paying you for it.

12. Suspension and termination

  • You may cancel at any time. Cancellation affects future renewal periods.
  • We may suspend or end access for breach, non-payment, fraud, risk, chargebacks, or legal reasons.
  • When access ends, some data or assets may be deleted according to policy and provider limits.

13. Disclaimers and liability limits

  • To the fullest extent allowed by law, the service is provided as is and as available.
  • We disclaim implied warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, MailJuke is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

14. Governing law and disputes

  • These Terms are governed by Delaware law.
  • Disputes belong in Delaware state or federal courts, to the extent permitted.
  • Class action and jury trial waivers apply where the law allows.

15. Changes and contact

  • We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated version.
