What is MailJuke?
MailJuke is online software that sets up Google Workspace business email on your domain. You can buy a new domain or connect one you already own, and we help with DNS. It is meant for normal business mail where recipients expect to hear from you.
Why is Google Workspace better than cheap SMTP?
When you send the right way, mail goes out from your domain with proper authentication and stays off crowded shared SMTP pools. That usually means better inbox placement. You still need good lists, honest subject lines, and consent where the law says so.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes. Point us at a domain you already own, or register one inside MailJuke. We guide you through verification and the DNS records Google needs.
Do I own the domains I buy through MailJuke?
Yes. Domains you register through MailJuke are registered in your name. You manage renewals and settings from our dashboard.
Can I send cold email or use purchased contact lists?
No. Cold outreach at scale and bought or scraped lists are not allowed. That breaks our Acceptable Use Policy and can get your account suspended.
What is your refund policy?
Most charges are non-refundable. Within 14 days of purchase or renewal, you can request a full refund only if no Google Workspace email has been created on your account. Full details are at mailjuke.com/refund-policy or email admin@mailjuke.com.
