Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to MailJuke services operated by Nish Global Solution. For cancellation timing and billing behavior, also read our Cancellation Policy.

General rule

Fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law or where MailJuke approves a limited exception in writing. Subscription and usage charges reflect services delivered or reserved for your account.

Limited exceptions

We may consider refunds or account credit only in narrow cases, such as:

  • Verified duplicate billing caused by a platform error.
  • Failure to provision a paid service within a reasonable period due to a confirmed MailJuke fault (subject to verification).

Domains, third-party provider fees, and already-consumed periods are typically not refundable.

Chargebacks

Improper chargebacks may result in suspension or termination. If you have a billing dispute, contact us first so we can resolve it.
