Most fees are non-refundable. We cannot refund your payment if any Google Workspace email has been created on your account, or if you contact us after the 14-day window, unless the law in your country requires otherwise.
Subscription fees cover service we reserve for your account. Once you create a Google Workspace email inside MailJuke, that billing period counts as used and is not refundable.
You can ask for a full refund within 14 calendar days of your purchase or renewal date if you have not created any Google Workspace email on your MailJuke account for that subscription.
Send your request within 14 calendar days of the charge. Approved refunds return the full amount paid on that transaction.
The 14-day rule applies to your first purchase and to each renewal. The same test applies every time: no Google Workspace email may exist on your account for that billing period.
You can cancel anytime to stop future charges. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you already paid for.
Email admin@mailjuke.com within the 14-day window. Include your order email, purchase date, and confirmation that no Google Workspace email was created. You can also reach Paddle from your receipt or at paddle.net.
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 14 days.
If something looks wrong on your bill, email us first. Chargebacks are slower for everyone and can lead to account suspension while the bank investigates.
