Refund policy
Purchases are generally final and non-refundable. We may review refunds only in limited cases:
- A paid service that is not provisioned within 7 business days after confirmed payment.
- Duplicate charges caused by a platform or billing system issue.
Outside the exceptions above, we do not provide full or partial refunds. Please review your selected plan, quantities, and options carefully before confirming payment.
This applies to all MailJuke offerings, including:
- Domains
- Subscriptions
- Add-ons and related services
- Emails
All refund decisions are evaluated at MailJuke's sole discretion. Meeting a condition does not guarantee an automatic refund.
