Refund and cancellation policy

We want you to know what happens when you cancel and when a refund is possible before you buy.

Refunds

Most fees are non-refundable. We cannot refund your payment if any Google Workspace email has been created on your account, or if you contact us after the 14-day window, unless the law in your country requires otherwise.

You can ask for a full refund within 14 calendar days of your purchase or renewal date if you have not created any Google Workspace email on your MailJuke account for that subscription.

Once the 14-day window closes, or after any Google Workspace email is created, canceling stops future billing but does not refund the current period.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time.

  • After the 14-day refund window, canceling only stops the next charge.
  • You keep access until the current paid period ends.
  • Cancel before renewal if you do not want another bill.
  • You can cancel from your account or by emailing support.

When the paid term ends, your plan will not renew unless you subscribe again.
