Refund and Cancellation Policy

We want billing expectations to be clear before purchase. This page explains when refunds may be considered and how cancellation works for active subscriptions.

Refund policy

Purchases are generally final and non-refundable. We may review refunds only in limited cases:

  • A paid service that is not provisioned within 7 business days after confirmed payment.
  • Duplicate charges caused by a platform or billing system issue.

Outside the exceptions above, we do not provide full or partial refunds. Please review your selected plan, quantities, and options carefully before confirming payment.

This applies to all MailJuke offerings, including:

  • Domains
  • Subscriptions
  • Add-ons and related services
  • Emails

All refund decisions are evaluated at MailJuke's sole discretion. Meeting a condition does not guarantee an automatic refund.

Cancellation policy

You can cancel your subscription at any time.

  • No refunds are provided for partial use, unused time, or remaining balance.
  • Your account remains active until your current paid period ends.
  • Cancellation prevents the next billing cycle from charging.
  • Cancel anytime to stop future renewals.

After the current term ends, your subscription will not renew.
