Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs your use of MailJuke services operated by Nish Global Solution ("MailJuke," "we," "us"). By using the platform, you agree to this AUP in addition to our Terms & Conditions.

1. Purpose

MailJuke provides domain and Google Workspace email setup and management for legitimate businesses. This policy exists to protect recipients, infrastructure, and lawful use of email.

2. Permitted use

You may use MailJuke only for lawful purposes, including:

  • Transactional and operational email to users who requested or expect your messages.
  • Permission-based marketing to recipients who opted in where required by law.
  • Internal business email on Google Workspace with domains you lawfully control.
  • Agency workflows for clients who use the service in compliance with this policy.

3. Prohibited conduct

You must not use MailJuke to engage in any of the following:

  • Sending spam, phishing, malware, or deceptive messages.
  • Sending unsolicited commercial email (cold email at scale) or bulk outreach to non-consented recipients.
  • Using purchased, rented, scraped, harvested, or stolen contact lists.
  • Impersonating another person, brand, or organization.
  • Circumventing provider policies, rate limits, or abuse detection systems.
  • Any activity that violates applicable laws, including anti-spam and data protection regulations.

4. Monitoring and enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations, cooperate with providers and authorities, and suspend or terminate accounts that breach this AUP or pose risk to the platform or third parties. We may remove content or restrict features as needed.

5. Your compliance obligations

You are solely responsible for the lawfulness of your messaging, list practices, consent records, and compliance with GDPR, CAN-SPAM, CASL, and other applicable laws. MailJuke does not provide legal advice.
