Acceptable Use Policy

Last updated: April 2026

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") explains how you may use MailJuke. By signing up or sending mail through our platform, you agree to this AUP along with our Terms & Conditions.

1. Why this policy exists

MailJuke helps businesses register domains and run Google Workspace email. We wrote these rules to protect recipients, keep our infrastructure healthy, and make sure the product is used for real business communication.

2. What you can do

You may use MailJuke for lawful business purposes, including:

  • Transactional mail people expect, like receipts, password resets, and account alerts.
  • Marketing to subscribers who opted in where the law requires consent.
  • Day-to-day business email on Google Workspace for domains you control legally.
  • Agency work for clients who follow this policy on their own accounts.

3. What you cannot do

Do not use MailJuke for any of the following:

  • Spam, phishing, malware, or messages designed to trick people.
  • Unsolicited commercial email at scale, including cold outreach to people who never agreed to hear from you.
  • Lists you bought, rented, scraped, harvested, or stole from somewhere else.
  • Pretending to be another person, company, or brand.
  • Trying to dodge provider limits, filters, or abuse detection.
  • Anything that breaks anti-spam, privacy, or other laws where you send mail.

4. Enforcement

If we see activity that looks abusive, we may review logs, talk to providers, or work with authorities when required. Accounts that break this AUP or put others at risk can be limited, suspended, or closed. We may also remove content or turn off features without notice when needed to stop harm.

5. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for whether your messages are legal, how you built your lists, what consent you collected, and rules like GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and CASL. MailJuke does not give legal advice. When in doubt, talk to a lawyer in your market.
